2020年4月1號晚，新巴旗下1架11.3米版本ADL Enviro 500型雙層巴士（車隊編號：4028，車輛登記：PD9836），當正在行緊81號路線去勵德邨嘅時候，據報巴士上有1名乘客突然失控，用硬物打爆巴士多塊玻璃。
警方接到報案後已經派員到場處理。
